Chiplime Group was founded in 1977 by Chairman Mr Sudagar (Peter) Singh, and is a regional building and civil engineering contractor providing a range of specialist services to the construction industry predominantly throughout London and the Southern regions.
However, we are a nationally and internationally recognised brand with over 35 years experience having provided our services successfully throughout the UK and within Asia and the Middle East economies.
Primarily a family run business Chiplime is a proactive company dedicated to maintaining traditional values ensuring punctuality and reliability and committed to providing a professional service from initial enquiry to completion of work whatever the scale of the project and always deliver on time and on budget.
Having established a reputation for commitment to safety, health, quality, environmental and sustainability our philosophy has always been to build and retain our client base by exceeding expectations in both performance and cost, hence a large proportion of our business stems from repeat enquires by satisfied clients.

Our aim is simply to provide our clients with the quality service they require and actively work with them and others within the project team, cooperating and coordinating to maximise efficiency at all stages of construction.
With our notorious ‘hands on’ management approach we ensure all our contracts are carried out in a workmanship like manner providing a service that is second to none. We endeavour, wherever possible to achieve the deadlines set by our clients.
